1. SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days.
2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct.
If you realize that you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@rehabstuff.in. We will do our best to correct the address if the order has not yet been shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee. The fee will be determined based on the returned item(s).
4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
RehabStuff is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier and report it to local authorities.
5. RETURN REQUEST DAYS
We allow returns for items within 1-2 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.
6. OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
If an item is out of stock, RehabStuff will wait for all items in your order to be back in stock before dispatching. In case of extended delays, we will notify you via email.
