Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RehabStuff, We carefully source our high quality products directly from trusted manufacturers, ensuring a wide range of affordable and reliable items for home rehabilitation and wellness. We only accept returns in case of damaged goods or incorrect goods.

Refund Policy:

you are eligible for refund only if:

1. if you cancel the order before shipment.
   
   Refund will be processed 3-7 working days to your account from the date of purchase.

Return Eligibility: You are eligible for a return only if:

1. The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return: If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at hello@rehabstuff.in within 1-2 days of receiving your order. After review and approval, a delivery agent will come to your doorstep to collect the damaged product and provide the replacement product.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are only allowed before the item is shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@rehabstuff.in. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order, and the return policy will apply.

Exchange Policy:
If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately, and once verified, we will issue a replacement for your order. We will take full responsibility and cover all return and reshipping costs.
